CBC is launching a cross‑country casting tour for the 10th season of The Great Canadian Baking Show, with open auditions in six Canadian cities and an online application option. Producers say this will be the largest casting push in the show's history.
Homebakers are invited to register online and bring one home‑baked item to their in‑person audition. The item will be presented both visually and for tasting as part of the selection process.
How to audition
Interested bakers must register their interest through the show's casting portal before attending an in‑person event. Each registrant should bring a single home‑baked item that highlights technique, flavour and visual design. The baking will be tasted by the casting team, so entries should be ready to serve and, where appropriate, labelled for common allergens.
show off their design skills, techniques, and flavours.
